I love blue so I'm thinking oh what fun I wanna Play. And then it happened, Blue spike beads! Not only have I never worked with spikes these were double hole. So I pushed them off to the side and ooooohed and ahhhed everything else. My first composition since there was a pair were earrings. Since Lisa had sent this vintage girl filigree brass, I wanted to make sure my collection was cohesive. I pulled some brass cones out my stash for bead caps and made these
Are they not gorgeous? OMG I even made the ear wires. I am evolving as an artist and sometimes I am so thrilled at the outcome. I layed those beautiful pointy beads in my hand and across my wrist and they screamed Asymetrical bracelet. I usually design from the beads or colors . I am ont a out door girl so nature dosent call to speak to me often, The cool feel of a bead the vibrant colors and After all Lisa had also sent that beautiful toggle clasp.
Now every collection (Parue) Needs a Necklace and I am not about to disappoint. Lisa is my inspiration for color choices and ideas she is always there boosting morale of artist with these events, luv her for that. My mentor for all things Vintage is Brenda Sue Landsdown of B'Sue Boutiques www.bsueboutiques.com and so I have Blue fantasy wings and bead Necklace. Lisa's blue sparkle beads, with Bsue vintage wings, charms, tassle, leaves, rolo chain and a blue Polymer rose handmade by mwah, thank you thank you, for the applause
So of course now we need another pair of earrings
Last but not least Lisa sent me a Leaf Focal and some filigree squares. Ohh I must use those Aquamarine faceted beads. I love their sparkle. Hmmm wheels turning the squares could be earrings or connectors in a necklace. I could make wire connectors with this 18g Beadsmith vintage bronze wire. Yep and I will make a matching clasp and incorporate it into the peanut neckchain. Maybe even a spike or two.
There you have it. My Blue Fantasy Collection. Thank you Lisa. Thanks everybody for stopping by see you soon
